Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized owner-operator and manager of senior living communities, today announced a partnership with Paradise Management, LLC, a growing regional real estate firm specializing in multifamily property management.
Together, Charter and Paradise are developing a new, next generation senior living community in West Chester, Pennsylvania called Charter Senior Living of West Chester. The community will bring a total of 162 residences, including 59 Senior Living, 71 Assisted Living and 32 Memory Care apartments, to the local market. Construction is underway with project completion anticipated in late 2027. Leasing will commence in late 2026.
The community will feature Charter’s award-winning life enrichment programs, elevated dining experiences and a mission-driven approach focused on enhancing the human spirit and enriching the lives of residents throughout the West Chester area.
