Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized owner-operator and manager of senior living communities, today announced an expanded relationship with Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company and the world’s second-largest owner of senior housing, through the transition of an assisted living and memory care community in Martinez, Georgia.
As part of the management transition, the community has rebranded to Charter Senior Living of Martinez.
