Charter Senior Living of Fox Hollow

The Legacy of Anderson
Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized owner-operator and manager of senior living communities, today announced an expanded relationship with Ventas, Inc. through the transition of two communities. Ventas is an S&P 500 company and the world’s second-largest owner of senior housing.
The two communities are Fox Hollow Senior Living, a 74-unit assisted living and memory care community in Pinehurst, NC, and The Legacy of Anderson, a 101-unit independent living community in Anderson, SC. As part of the management transition, Fox Hollow has rebranded to Charter Senior Living of Fox Hollow, while The Legacy of Anderson maintains its name.
“Expanding our relationship with Ventas to welcome these communities into the Charter family reflects our shared, unwavering focus on operational excellence and the resident experience,” said Keven J. Bennema, Co-founder and CEO of Charter Senior Living. “We look forward to building meaningful relationships and reinforcing a culture of service with residents, families and team members as we embark on this journey together.”
The addition of these two communities strengthens Charter’s portfolio to more than 73 senior living communities nationwide.
