Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized owner-operator and manager of senior living communities, proudly celebrated the official groundbreaking of Charter Senior Living of West Chester, marking an exciting step forward in bringing a next generation senior living community to 943 S. High Street in West Chester, PA.
In partnership with Paradise Management, LLC, a growing regional real estate firm specializing in multifamily property management, the ceremony brought together project partners, local leaders, and community stakeholders to commemorate the start of construction on the new community, which will offer Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services designed to “enhance the human spirit”.

Attendees heard remarks from leadership and project partners, followed by the ceremonial turning of the dirt to signify the beginning of construction. The event highlighted the collaboration and shared vision among all involved to meet the growing demand for senior living options in the West Chester area, and for Charter of West Chester to be the employer of choice in the market.
Once complete in late 2027, Charter Senior Living of West Chester will feature 162 thoughtfully designed residences in a cutting-edge building with advanced air quality systems and environmental enhancements, engaging life enrichment programming, and personalized care tailored to each resident’s needs. The community will also bring new jobs and economic growth to the region.
