Alda Tole, CDP, Executive Director at The Cottages of New Lenox, was recently honored with a Hero Award at the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference. The award recognizes Executive Directors who demonstrate exceptional leadership while fostering supportive, engaged senior living communities.
Alda was recognized for her unwavering commitment to residents, families, and team members, as well as the compassionate leadership she brings to her community each day. Her dedication to creating meaningful connections and enriching the lives of those around her continues to make a lasting impact throughout The Cottages of New Lenox.
